PROMOTERS & CONCEPT

OSTERI OY, MARINA PARK's promoter, and PRAINHAMAR have agreed to manage a tourist apartment operation at this new complex. The program enables owners to enjoy their holiday home while earning substantial income.

PRAINHAMAR runs the hotel operations of Prainha Village, a high-quality tourist complex in Algarve near Alvor, about 4 kilometres from the city of Portimão.

1. INCOME
If an apartment owner chooses to sign an operation contract, he/she will earn either a variable or fixed income. The contract is for 7 months of each year, between April and October, during which PRAINHAMAR will manage the tourist operation.

Variable income
• The owner will receive 50% of the apartment's gross annual income.

• Income will be paid twice per year, in August and December.


2. FURNISHINGS
For an ideal uniformity of appliances and furniture provided to tourist clients, PRAINHAMAR has planned standard furnishings suitable for each apartment type for attractive prices that will be notified by request.
