Marina Park is located in Quinta do Landeiro, next to the Lagos Marina. The complex has 27 small apartment blocks on a spacious 95,000m2 hillside plot with a view of Meia Praia beach, the Marina, the city of Lagos and the Espinhaço do Cão Mountain.

The urban development project stands out for its modern features and attractive landscaping to be maintained by the Management.

The blocks, mostly of three floors, were designed according to the terrain's features and to naturally blend in with the surrounding landscape. Care was taken to ensure that all apartments have extensive and pleasant views.

The buildings are surrounded by ample garden areas crossed by a waterway running to the land's lowest area. At the foot of the hill there is a large leisure area with swimming pools, a solarium, tennis courts and an attractive bar.
